Shipping Information

Alooda is a UK based company and all products sold by Alooda are made to order, therefore all items are processed on an individual basis and can take approximately 48hrs to process before being shipped worldwide by the most cost effective carrier.

DELIVERY AREAS

Domestic

The predominant carrier for UK based deliveries is via Royal Mail. Other major logistics companies may also be used.

We will not deliver to P O Boxes.

Once the item has left our facility the item is the responsibility of the customer, so please check your item for damages before opening.

International

Alooda uses a network of major international carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS. 

Delivery is estimated at 4-10 days, countries outside the EU and the US may take longer.

Duties and taxes imposed by your country of residence are the responsibility of the recipient and usually payable on receipt of the goods.

Once the item has left our facility the item is the responsibility of the customer, so please check you item for damages before opening.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

The returned goods must be in perfect re-saleable condition, with any tags, barcodes or labels attached and returned to us with 14 days of receipt and at your own expense.

We recommend that you return your items using a recorded/insured delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Return Instructions

Please email us first to inform us your item is being returned and the reason for its return at: returns@alooda.com a return address will be provided in our response depending on your geographical location.

Include an original order receipt or a note in the package with your order reference and reason for return, to keep things efficient our end.

(If your item came with free incentives, these also need to be returned in perfect resalable condition, any missing incentives will be charged at their normal retail price.)

Please allow 28 days for all returns to be processed.

Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card used for the original payment.
